Former president of Micron Memory Taiwan who moved to UMC and was then tapped to lead Fujian Jinhua's DRAM programme; convicted in Taiwan 2020 of breaching the Trade Secrets Act for orchestrating the transfer of Micron DRAM process recipes. Sentenced (TW) to 66 months; also named in DOJ indictment.
