Tencent MedicalNet contains a deserialization of untrusted data vulnerability in the generate_model function. The flaw stems from insufficient validation of user-supplied input, enabling remote code execution on affected installations when the function processes malicious data. The issue was originally reported as ZDI-CAN-27192 and carries a CVSS 7.8 score reflecting local access with required user interaction.
