Why these techniques?
This vulnerability is an integer overflow in VirtualBox VGA device emulation (vmsvga3dSurfaceMipBufferSize) that allows a high-privileged guest VM attacker to achieve heap out-of-bounds read/write primitives, escalated to arbitrary host memory access, ASLR bypass, ROP chain, and shellcode execution for full VM escape to host.
