CVE-2025-32855 is an SQL injection vulnerability in Siemens TeleControl Server Basic versions prior to V3.1.2.2. The flaw exists in the internally used UnlockOpcSettings method and stems from insufficient input sanitization, allowing crafted queries against the application's database. It is tracked under CWE-89 and carries a CVSS 4.0 score of 8.7.
An authenticated remote attacker who can reach TCP port 8000 on a vulnerable system can exploit the weakness to bypass authorization checks, read from and write to the database, and execute operating-system commands under the NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService account. No user interaction or special network positioning beyond port reachability is required.
The Siemens advisory SSA-443402 recommends upgrading to version V3.1.2.2 or later, which contains the fix for the SQL injection issue.
