CVE-2025-30003 is an SQL injection vulnerability in Siemens TeleControl Server Basic versions prior to V3.1.2.2. The flaw exists in the internally used UpdateProjectConnections method and is tracked under CWE-89. It permits unauthorized database interaction and operating-system command execution when the application listens on TCP port 8000.
An authenticated remote attacker who can reach the affected service can bypass authorization checks, read from or write to the application database, and run code under the NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService account.
