It affects the Radius Blocks plugin for WordPress developed by RadiusTheme, with all versions through 2.2.1 impacted. The flaw is tracked under CWE-98 and carries a CVSS 3.1 score of 7.5.
An authenticated attacker with low privileges can exploit the issue over the network by supplying a crafted filename parameter. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to include arbitrary local files, resulting in high impacts to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
