PHPSpreadsheet is a pure PHP library for reading and writing spreadsheet files. `\PhpOffice\PhpSpreadsheet\Writer\Html` does not sanitize "javascript:" URLs from hyperlink `href` attributes, resulting in a Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability.
