T1190 Exploit Public-Facing Application Initial Access
Adversaries may attempt to exploit a weakness in an Internet-facing host or system to initially access a network.
T1600 Weaken Encryption Defense Impairment
Adversaries may compromise a network device’s encryption capability in order to bypass encryption that would otherwise protect data communications.
Why these techniques?

Remote kernel networking flaw in TCP-AO MAC handling directly enables remote exploitation of public-facing systems (T1190) and exploitation of a cryptographic timing side-channel weakness (T1600).
