CVE-2025-30031 is an SQL injection vulnerability in Siemens TeleControl Server Basic versions prior to V3.1.2.2. The flaw exists in the internally used UpdateUsers method and stems from insufficient input sanitization, allowing improper database query construction.
An authenticated remote attacker with network access to TCP port 8000 on a host running the vulnerable application can exploit the issue to bypass authorization, read from or write to the application's database, and execute arbitrary code under the NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService account.
