An Anonymous IRC network that coordinated Operation Payback (late 2010), the DDoS campaign against MPAA, RIAA, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal following financial blockades of WikiLeaks. Functioned as the organizing infrastructure for several early-2010s Anonymous operations and produced multiple DOJ prosecutions for participating LOIC users.
